Shipping policy

1. Delivery Time

   • We guarantee delivery of all dessert orders within 24 hours of order confirmation.

   • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Areas

   • We deliver to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al‑Quwain, Ras Al‑Khaimah, and Fujairah.

   • If service in any area is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you immediately.

3. Shipping Fees

   • Standard delivery across the UAE is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

   • Additional fees may apply for special requests or out‑of‑hours delivery; any such charges will be communicated and approved before your order is confirmed.

4. Operating Hours

   • Delivery days: Saturday through Thursday

   • Delivery window: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

   • Orders received outside operating hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking & Receipt

   • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an SMS or email with a tracking link.

   • Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address; failed delivery attempts may incur delays or a re‑delivery fee.

6. Order Cancellation & Force Majeure

   • You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before it enters our kitchen (i.e., before you receive the “shipped” confirmation).

   • In the event of force majeure (e.g., severe weather), we will reschedule your delivery at no extra cost and notify you of the new date.
