Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund for any order canceled before it enters our kitchen (before you receive the “shipped” confirmation).

Orders that have already shipped or been delivered may be eligible for a refund if the item is defective.

Only items returned in new condition within 7 days are eligible for a refund.
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

We also accept product exchanges, provided items are returned in new condition.

Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Returns can be made by mail. A free return label is available to download and print.

No restocking fees apply.
Process & Timeframe

To request a return or refund, please email info@7alli.ae within 24 hours of cancellation or delivery (for defects).

Once your request is approved and we receive the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Circumstances

Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or are not in new condition.

Successfully delivered orders under our Shipping Policy.
Special Exceptions

If your order arrives defective (e.g., damage in transit or preparation error), please send clear photos of the issue to info@7alli.ae within 24 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, we may provide a full refund, partial refund, or complimentary replacement at our discretion.
Force Majeure
If delivery is delayed or cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, road closures), we will either reschedule your delivery or provide a full refund upon request.
